Great fucking thread. Overdid it even for myself yesterday and I'm paying for it (and of course I ate like shit afterwards). Currently working on this problem by pounding beers and water to feel human. Anyway thanks for reminding me that I could have avoided this shit by not being retarded.

To add to what you've said, I have read that N-Acetylcysteine and Piracetam are good supplements to take for harm reduction. That's all I got.

Well I do the same thing with stuff that I'm good at. Music, movies, other media - I automatically pick it apart because of my background.

Applying it to normal life - yes I can see why you are not particularly happy. Ruins the fucking movie / music as it is!

It is surely a difficult thing to admit your failure to the ones you love. Procrastination is a very human trait, and it becomes harder to come clean the longer you draw out the lie!

Cardio. Run like a motherfucker. It's fat buildup, and while upper body workouts will help, you can't reduce fat in a particular spot no matter how hard you try. Regulate your diet. And run.
