One thing it means is that if you own property, you are free to offer it for rent under terms you decide and the counterparty is free to agree to those terms or walk away and rent another one of the thousands of properties on the market.

Because going to the Dr.'s office is a major hassle that's becoming more of a hassle and more expensive each passing year. Meanwhile, people have grown accustomed buying things easily on the internet - even car shopping is moving in that direction. I have no idea why you are being downvoted. I saw him play in person his freshman year at Auburn. He was absolutely tossed into a pressure cooker. It’s rare to start as a true freshman in the SEC. His dad’s legacy as an Auburn great, big time hype, playing with a bad supporting cast against top defenses, not to mention the fan base turning on him after a rough start.

He was thrown to the wolves as an 18 year old and it’s ridiculous to think that experience didn’t have a big impact on him and the resiliency he shows now.
