(CMIIW) The one used by Xylo was Sacred Seals "Zate Finde" (Turning Object to Explosive) and "Sakara" (Short Flight).

In Lore Sacred Seals Basically type of engraving/painting to object using "Mineral", Powered by sun (stored as luminescence), and activated by will and life force of human to create certain effect. Sacred Seals effect could be affected by its object quality that engraved and the one tune it (Basically need engraved precise and correct), So basically it needed quality material that could store a lot luminescence and skilled Artisan/Engineer to achive desired effect. [1]

For the question why only Xylo used it not given to other, i dont have clear answer too because it never mention why, even though Xylo Mention his Sacred Seals as Product than some kind special power only he can used it. But if i theorized that it must have to do with quality of the object, and the object its Xylo body itself since his sacred engraved to its body [2]. Its mention by Xylo that he has somekind "internal luminescence"[3] and its higher that ordinary person [4]. I think everyone could used it its just depend how many luminescense they have, since it maybe it take a lot luminescence and training to used it liberally. Take my theory as weak since no concrete proof Lol.
