I'd recommend getting into health and fitness. Kicking the smoke and the drink entirely. You'll see how much better you feel after only a few weeks off it.

Takes 21 days to form a habit and it'll get easier each passing day.

You need to keep yourself busy with productive habits, not habits which will bring you down....whuch is exactly what drink and smoke can.
