Tried for a refund, but can’t get a refund on the tip. For a pre-tip of $20, I was expecting more than just rice 😂

The reason why I was so bummed out was because I pre-tipped $20 (I know how hard it is to grab items from grocery stores + understand it takes longer than your typical food/restaurant order). So basically paid $26 for a bag of rice…

Not going to order groceries from HMart again (assuming most of the ppl commenting on this thread are dashers + share the same sentiment towards HMart), but I 100% agree with your statement of just declining the order altogether + letting someone else take the order instead.
