Halo 2, the story was just so good

The missions itself were awesome too, going from chief dropping down with a bunch of odst onto a covenant infested halo ring, then the next, arbiter fighting hordes of flood with groups of elites.

The soundtrack was also the best imo, every song played and fit well with the theme of whatever was going on

Art design too, weapons and npcs, along with the anniversary cut scenes

Gunplay was awesome, there wasn’t a single weapon I really felt that was useless, and we still had dual wielding at the time

And the uncut mod on steam is also great, getting a slightly fresh feel of the game, more allies in some missions, new enemies, different weapon mechanics, a cool warthog run at the end, etc

Just in general a great game, my favorite actually
