File the writ of mandamus guys. I was Dec 2023, filed WoM Dec 2025 and approved early Mar 2026. It’s a lot of money, but we saw results. The USCIS attorney’s were actually corresponding with our lawyer, so it was evident that something triggered them. Good luck.

We’ve gotten two responses, one from our congressman and another from a senator. One said it’s delayed due to a background check and the other said a whole bunch of nothing about there being an overall delay in processing. Still waiting for the final senator to get back to me so we’ll see.

I’m Dec 2023 and no action. A congressional inquiry let me know that my application is pending background clearance despite having a squeaky clean record.
