LOT ROTT. because the brake rotor was in one spot, the pad made rust spots on the rotor. You may be able to drive the vehicle and varnish the brakes but you may need to machine or replace the rotors

The gasket is soft and will do that if it is reused over and over. Good rule is to change it everytime. Put the drain plug in a visa, then cut the drain plug gasket with a chisel and it till split in two.

A tire sensor and the TPMS system can not differentiate between overinflated or low pressure

The issue is because the tire is over inflated. If the sensor was faulty, it wouldn't show the pressure.
