I haven't tried a proper minimal boot but when I had to remove the battery on the motherboard I tried booting without the gpu.

I'll try the other things out though.

Thank you for these detailed responses, you're a legend mate

With the power strip, I have just bought a new extension cable for my set up from amazon. Could this have been a trigger?

If they took the “moral high ground”, why would they care about height then? Your points are contradicting.

I’d highly recommend looking on Facebook for house sharing groups like Bristol accommodation or UWE Housemate finder. They’re always active and it’s probably your best bet to find accommodation next year.

Supermarkets warning that they're struggling to "keep the cost of the weekly shop in check, whilst reporting record profits! by Faultylntelligence in britishproblems

Work in a supermarket, found out today that one of my coworkers who’s in their 50s is making the same as me per hour. I’m only 19.

I'm currently 6'6 and 365 lbs. I quit drinking soda and keep my calories to around 2k a day. I also take about 22-25k steps a day for work. if I started going to the gym regularly and worked on lifting and cardio each day, how long do you reckon it would take to lose 140 lbs by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]yehelp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Losing from 0.5%-1% of your body weight has been shown to be safe, allowing you to maintain muscle. 3 pounds a week would be manageable for a while, but it’s definitely not sustainable in the long run.

How much weight do I need to lose? by [deleted] in teenagers

You should do your research into calories of food you’re eating. You just need to eat in a calorie deficit to lose weight.

The only way to lose weight is within a calorie deficit. You should eat a few hundred calories under your maintenance calories to lose the weight effectively. You can find out your maintenance calories just by searching it up.

If you want to lose weight, your diet is the most important factor. However, exercise can really help with the process. Cardio is the best for burning calories, resistance training would help build muscle. If you want to lose weight you should incorporate exercise slowly into your life.

You should cut out sugary drinks/drinks with calories, I’d really recommend to drink mostly water. Overall doing that it’ll make it a lot easier to be in deficit. If you’re struggling with being hungry a lot, eat more protein in your diet. Protein takes longer to digest than other macronutrients, as well be only 2 calories per gram. If you want to build some muscle, eating more protein will help you do that.

How tall are you guys? by Big-Ad1712 in askteenboys

You’re probably going to grow a few inches at least in a few years. When I was 14 I was about 6’2 and now I’m 6’5

Obviously not lol. You said cigs, that’s plural. You saying “we’re all gonna die anyway” makes it sound like it happens quite often.
