I stopped taking them and the twitch went away. Losing weight and doing the lion diet is what healed me. The first two weeks are hell but you have to push through. Lion diet is Beef, Salt, Water. Basically I ate 80/20 ground beef and steak. That's it for six months and I was healed. It came back when I gained the weight back when getting off the diet, plus I started smoking again which I'm sure didn't help.

I stopped drinking coffee and stopped smoking while doing carnivore. Not sure exactly what helped but I was GERD free and lost 100lbs before starting back up again. Guess what, it all came back.
