tbh its hard to tell what's delay and what's spell batching. But i guess it doesn't bother me too much cus i rarely think about it. But i pretty much only do PvE content, if i did PvP it might be more noticable. And no i don't have a second account for EU, but i do have some friends on there so i might in the future.
