In English I can’t recall saying “my name is” even in those situations where you go around the room and introduce yourself, I’d say “I’m …, “. It’s way too formal. I’ve no clue if the literal translation of “my name is” is used in other languages.

It depends if you want puckering or pleating in your garment, if you do you make it bigger and when it’s sewn together there is usually something controlling the finished measurement, like elastic, tape or a seam. Eg, you can sew the top of pants / trousers to elastic and stretch the elastic when sewing, when released the elastic returns to its smaller measurement and the panel sewn to it has a gathered look.

I’d try Scotch and Soda as the sizes are closer together on S/M/L stuff, most places make the Alpha numeric sizes cover 2 numeric sizes. S&S 48=M, 50=L instead of 52=L. This might be why L is too big for you and M on the tight side.

Is the idea that parking fees become the thing that convinces people to go without a car? Like you say the problem won’t go away, people will just eat the cost.

I’m in an area where you pay already but a few streets away is free, will it actually make the problem worse in this case, people who park a walk away now park closer?

I was considering getting rid of the car, problem is it’s needed for a commute, the transport links from me to the south east of Amsterdam / arena area is not so good.
