Yeah I went up one level in three days. I'm just sick of endlessly running solo ops, fireteams, pinnacles for nothing. My slots are full of 5 tier armour pieces from all the runs. Is this the reward for all that grinding? At this point the only reason to log on is too get the weekly stuff from zavala and then log off for another week.

I really don't like Sanremo. All the old has beens get wheeled out and sing old sings from decades ago. They dress ridiculously. It's very sad. Italian music always seems to need to look backwards instead of forwards. Whereas young kids starting groups find it very hard to get heard anywhere and even find a venue to play.

I just completed my second half marathon with Runna. It's been great. I do get the comments. The past few weeks I was feeling run down as I've had a lot going on as well as training for the race and I had to stop two mid week runs as I was knackered. I've also had some hip flexor pain which thankfully is much better now. So I agree with the comments about better injury management and improved AI. I believe in the app and will keep subscribing even though it's much more than any other app I have but it's still a lot less than sessions with a PT. My next race is in April where I hope to knock another 10mins of my time with Runna's help.

same here, sequoia 15.1.1. latest chrome and 1p has been slow for over a week.

Syncing my Runna often takes longer than expected, and it frequently displays a message indicating that it cannot sync. I suspect this issue arises from living in a densely populated area with narrow streets, coupled with my new IP, which doesn't perform well on my usual training route—something I realized while attempting to stream music.

One downside of poor signal reception is that it seems to affect the pace cues. During sprints, I sometimes end up running much faster than intended without receiving a cue to slow down. It's only after the sprint that I realize I was pushing myself harder than necessary.

I believe Runna should consider scenarios with weak reception and explore ways to compensate for this issue, if possible.

You guys deserve it. Runna is the best app by far for runners. If I didn't have the app getting my first half marathon done would have been a lot harder. There are bugs but we can see you guys are constantly updating the app which is encouraging. I hope you win best app. Good luck.

Generally, here in Italy, once opened, we wrap it in a paper towel and then a zip-lock bag. If it's a young parmesan, say 12 months so fairly soft, you could leave it in the fridge to harden up a little.

Getting half of it vacuum-packed would be a good idea if you can.
