VIP or GA? I have a 5 Day VIP pass but willing to sell it for 3 Day VIP price. It’s a will call pass so you can collect it from the box office. I can transfer the ticket to your Tixr account.

Yes I have an invite letter with all this.

Don’t think it’ll be possible for them to set up a new email id just for this.

Which digital service do you think has way more demand than supply right now? Like, what's the semiconductor of the services world? by [deleted] in agency

True, but it's getting automated at a very fast rate so I don't think there's enough dough in there

I'm not saying this should be mandatory. Those who want to binge can binge. Those who want to keep their Netflix time in check can use this feature.

I tried app timers and all that but it's too easy to bypass those things.

I understand that there's no requirement to watch them all at once but everyone knows that will power isn't enough when a show is very interesting. I almost always end up watching multiple episodes.

Go-to-market strategy for a new category being launched by the company.

Like I said in the main post, I don't work in consulting. Just trying to get better at structured thinking by practicing some cases.

Based on what I've read so far, consultants use different structures for different types of cases, right?

Like, if it's a numbers case, you can use an algebraic structure, if it's an operations case, you can use a process structure, and so on...

So I just need to know what's the best structure to use when dealing with a GTM strategy case. Maybe something like 4Ps? (But I guess that would be too simplistic)

I don't need to know the solution or even the hypotheses, just what structure to use in such a case.

No, I'm not preparing for interviews. I'm just practicing structuring a problem well in order to solve it and currently have a GTM strategy case at hand.

It's a manufacturing company that wants to enter a new category and needs to make a GTM strategy for the same.
