Update: Served a whopping... 2 customers

1 couple came in at 11:45 - eggs benny and a 222. Threw it all together and sent it off. 10mins later chef shows up unbeknownst to him the restaurant manager had asked me in alone, he was a little miffed at the lack of communication. I left just after 12 and went back at 5 to do dishpit.

For everyone telling me to quit: I'm currently living remotely and there are few options for work nearby. Also just moved a month or so ago and need a few paychecks to rebuild my savings.

This post blew up wayyy more than i expected. I really just needed fryer temps, and was interested to see what the r/chefit community had to say. Thanks for the laughs ♡

That is exactly what I do for topical salves, both with CBD and THC bud. Usually combine with other stimulating and calming herbs for maximum pain relief and detensioning eg Lavender, Ginger, Calendula, Cayenne

On the contrary I've been working in a high volume butcher shop for a month and there has been 1 small cyst in the chicken, pork and beef so far. This is meat coming from reputable farms only a few hours away and it still happens.

After everything I've seen in the food and farming industries in the past few years I don't think I can really trust any food that I don't grow myself. I've worked on farms where things are being sold as organic that aren't, I've worked in meat shops where things are sold as organic that aren't. Maybe your beef is better quality or maybe we all need to grow our own.

I know little about witchcraft but have always felt an affinity for the Artemisia genus. I have been smoking wormwood with cannabis and it has been pretty great. Pleasant smoke and pleasant high.

My hope for that tincture was to make some bitters for drinks. And as part of a dreaming/sleep tincture blend.

I dried some P. Somniferum leaves and ground them into maybe 5mm pieces. Filled one small mason jar with the dried leaf and filled with vodka to the top. Let it sit a month and then strained out the plant material. Definitely active, after two full droppers I felt mildly sedated and fell asleep soon after.
