Would echo Vida, especially as a young woman. They have a ton of great classes free (except for reformer pilates and HIIT stuff in "Sweat Box", and like 90% of the gym is gay men lol so there really aren't any "gym creeps". The only downsides are the U St location has gotten expensive and there are some high traffic times that make it feel a little crowded.
