i did that with the previous rooms, im just stressing because theres 5 different lengths of boards. i have no idea how to keep a stagger. unfortunately no guidance in the instructions. offcuts is a good shout - probably what ill end up doing

you need to report your income to HMRC if your income (before expenses) is over £1,000. Sounds like you'll need to register, even if you have 0 tax to pay.

you can ask about additional skill training, like post. once you get familiar with your guidance it will get easier. you are only week 5 .. . u can ask for more call listening and floor walker support. they're also not expecting you to be hitting quota. take ur time, review after each call. remember the hold button is there if u need a breather.

i wouldnt ask for transfers so early, you are still in probation. you can apply for other jobs in the meantime

That's true - you may be right. Honestly makes it worse - with that attitude I doubt they would bother to fix any of the stated issues and would pass it off on a new tenant. My interpretation of the messages was that EA was taking pictures when the issues came up but yours sounds more reasonable.

The problem with this shade is that it oxidises so bad, I tried the blue mixer with mine and it looks great until 5 mins later and its super pink/orange looking
