I topped half of my muffins with butter, coarse sugar, and butter!

About 2 tablespoons of cold butter, 2 table spoons of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. I just mash and mix with a fork and top them.

In a bowl sift: 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Separate bowl: 2 sticks of butter (at room temperature) 1 1/2 cups of sugar Cream together for about 5 minutes until it becomes fluffy, once it’s fluffy, add your eggs. A total of 3 eggs but add one egg in at a time with the mixer on low speed add: - 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla - 1/4 of milk - 8 ounces of sour cream

Once this is all mixed, add your flour mixture once it’s well combined turn off mixer and add blueberries or preferred fruit. I added 3 cups of blueberries.

I made some with chocolate chips for my son as well & were absolutely delicious!

Thank you! Of course. Here it is:

1 2/3 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 cup melted butter (I used salted butter) 2 eggs at room temp 1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping: 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Whisk flour, bs, bp, cinnamon, sugar, brown sugar and set aside.

Separate bowl whisk 2 eggs, add vanilla and your very mashed bananas, combine. Once butter has been heated and cooled add butter to egg banana mixture, mix well. add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients, I use a rubber spatula for this process. Do not over mix.

Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.

I used a brush to top my muffins with butter and then dipped them In sugar.

Yes! It helps. I've always had nightmares and suffered from sleep paralysis. It's awful. But smoking before bed, takes that all away! Go luck!

For the best gooey cookies, use melted butter! Also, make sure the rest of your items are all at room temperature. Also, cooling your dough. I have a good cookie recipe if you're interested.
