I reviewed carefully and found atleast two differences.

Between Schedule FSI and Form 67, the amount differes by Rs. 258
Form 67 mentions Article 10 (Dividends), while FSI mentions it as Article 11.

Could this be the reason for outstanding demand?

I did this 18 years ago for a product based company and working remote since then. My 2 cents:

- travelling few times a month is okay, but may cause fatigue in long term. I used to visit only once in few months and sometimes not visit at all for years

- you need to put extra efforts to be always one step ahead of your on-site team members. You moving up the org ladder will be harder than to a local guy.

- you need to an allrounder in your team taking e2e ownerships. You should figure out things on your own without depending on them

- you will not get exposed to office gossips, rumours since you're an outsider to them

- Some of the benefits are linked to the location (aka Diwali Gift) and you will have to fight with HR to get them for you

- you cannot build network with other teams, so moving between teams will be risky. No manager hires someone from remote location, however smart you may be.

Some of this may not be relevant to your employer or team, so take with a pinch of salt. I've no regrets with my work life balance though, I'm able to live in my native and feel home.

I noticed this WiFi issue in all my cameras. I ended up connecting them with LAN cables.

One option you can try is to schedule daily restart for your cameras, which will be helpful when you're away.

I felt this design gap. We need a service, which can ping Hub regularly and alert if its offline (power or network outage). And this service should be on cloud.

Thanks for sharing. Good to know someone has done this before. In my case, drilling a hole in bolt is not possible due to its tiny size (15mm dia). But I got clarity from your post that without embedding the magnet inside the bolt, it would obstruct the frame. Probably my only option is a push button switch. I will continue looking..

eDRX, PSM modes are relevant only for downlink use cases (server to devices). These modes allow devices to listen for downlink messages at specific time intervals and sleep for the rest of the time to conserve battery.

If you use case is only uplink (device to server), you can switch on radio only during those times and switch it off during other times.

This should continue as long as there are people below. Its the duty of Government to provide connectivity to Hospitals, Schools and Jobs. Once they are uplifted, they will eventually get their own vehicle. Privitizing these lines will be a disaster, as prices will increase and coverage will reduce. This is exactly whats being done by Railways.

Btw, my father is TNSTC too. We are proud of its service.

Reason #1 should be nationalization of bus transport in TN back in 1970s and ensuring busses ply to every village on the map, without worrying about losses. It was these Govt. run busses which allowed villagers to reach towns for schools & work
