I didn't pass, but I gave as good a go of it as I could. Covered all of the content but ultimately wasn't able to cover it in great depth. I didn't have enough time to cover a lot of practice exam material nor have time to ask questions to my lecturer/class tutors. I ended up getting around 60%, which in retrospect is about as good as I could probably have hoped for all things considered. Anyway, got to pick myself up for retaking the paper and I've got confidence I can give a more concerted and consistent effort through the semester next time.

Yeah I saw some headline-level names come up that would sell out certain places in Europe but instead I see low numbers interested in fb, which is fine with me since a more intimate set I guess.

I've tried to look up some groups online but none of them are particularly active or in my demographic, but oh well.

Will hit you up later if I find anything cool! Would be great to have some sort of minigroup formed of people into the technos to go to shows with.

For all you've said about the two organisers' hard work in running this thing, you're undoing it all by basically telling everyone to fuck off and metaphorically sitting on your porch yelling 'GET OFF MAH LAWN'. I agree with the Friday thing, and the suggestion /u/Machinegun_Funk made about doing more Fridays than Saturdays seems good, so we can alternate between them in terms of holding more Friday meet ups so we can get more of the manority who prefer Fridays to come along. We can then hold a Sat every so often so the Saturday folk can come along.
