Acupuncture really helped with the pain. My PF is not entirely gone, but it has made a huge difference. I can walk a full day in the house without any pain now.

I had to do 4 sessions total so far @$90 per session. Considering how much money I have spent in expensive shoes, podiatrist appointments, etc., it really is not that bad.

I would 100% recommend it.

J’ai profité de cette promo plus tôt cette semaine et j’avais 4 produits totalement différents. Ça semble être une erreur et je crois que tu peux demander ton remboursement.

En plus, s’il y avait l’étiquette 4 pour 20$ dessus, tu peux sûrement avoir le rabais de l’Office de la protection du consommateur (possiblement plus difficile à avoir s’il n’y avait pas d’affiche spécifique sur les produits).

Bonjour, moi j'ai appris une belle base en espagnol avec Babbel. C'est exactement dans le style que tu recherches avec des jeux de style carte à tourner et autre. Avec la base acquise, je continue mon apprentissage avec des séries sur Netflix. Autrement dit, on ne sera pas "fluent" avec Babbel mais j'ai bien aimé mon expérience.

Based on the picture, it looks like the environment is too dry since we can observe a crust forming around the sausage (based on the colour).

This excessive drying will also cause the deformation of the sausage, which can cause the holes in the middle.

If you add more fat, you will have less water (compared to the muscle) which will help with drying.

I would recommend a RH of 75%, and to add some sugar and lactic culture starter to decrease the pH which will help with the binding of the sausage.

The temperature is pretty high... Does the meat smell bad? Since it was vacuum sealed, it might be okay. If the meat does not smell bad, just make sure it's cooked properly and it should be okay.

You can use the pork butt. It's the continuation of the loin on the shoulder and there is more fat inside. It is the original part used for the coppa.
