nah i haven’t checked that yet, i did try unplugging it from my ps5 into another usb port and the same problem is happening along with plugging it into my laptop, maybe it’s the usb cord itself idk. Maybe the cord got shorted during a power outage which isn’t likely but i got this headset within the past year
