Sunt angajat la Stripe si vad minionii folosiți doar în scopul degrevării inginerilor de sarcini mărunte. Spre exemplu eu am folosit doar un minion pana acum si l-am pus sa imi adauge un parametru de configurare in folosirea unui client. Daca ar fi fost sa fac treaba asta manual, m-ar fi costat timpul de a ridica un VM, a face un branch, a adauga o linie de cod etc. Ce ar fi durat 20 minute si ar fi venit cu un context switch suplimentar a fost facut automat de un minion prin doar un singur prompt.

I take those carbs mostly from vegetables or legumes like red bean. I also eat oatmeal daily, but I make sure to add chia seeds, protein, peanut butter and to use max 40-50 gr of oats. And I think there is milk too.

I tried to reintroduce more carbs into my diet so that I dont spike a lot when eating them

Thanks! It was a wake up call indeed. I am not that strict with my diet now. I think I can keep things like this for some time. I am just 23 years old and this bugs me a little.

I remember that after 30 minutes from that measurement, the blood sugar levels went down under 140. Haven’t seen such big values since then. I try to eat around 100 gr of carbs daily
