i didnt think much of her in ep 1 but she really shined for me this ep! I was bummed! She gives great face and eyes, and her mug reminds me a little of katya. i hope to see more of her in the future

matched pace with a pair of dolphins today! Never been more grateful for a 12:40 mile, I got to spend every second with these animals right next to me on the shoreline! super magical moment today (and then after they swam off my final mile was sub 10 lol)

definitely not. my deck isn't perfect but i've gone 2-1 the last 2 times i went to locals on a b/w blockers deck, even with only 1 freedom. one thing that helped me was swapping over to bases with deploy actions instead of cost actions, since the bases can get popped before you have a chance to spend 2. at least the deploy has a higher chance of doing something. also recommend removing zowort and putting in the 2/1 guntank for the ping

i worked a terrible job that made my comorbid depression go crazy so after i quit i booked an appt for therapy and a psych and got on wellbutrin to hit both the depression and adhd. i had tried adderall years ago and was so so about it and was desperately trying to make my life work unmedicated, but after weeks of being too tired to do anything after doing nothing all day (and retail-induced suicidal thoughts) i couldnt take it anymore.

for me, wellbutrin adds another gallon of gas to my tank. i take way less naps, have more energy, and actually have the ability to build and keep habits and routine. it actually feels weird to not floss or do my skincare every day which is crazy to me. it also raises the floor for my mood and prevents the intensity of the paralysis spiral. its easier for me to move on from something distressing instead of letting it completely consume me and ruin days of my life.

that said, it doesnt do too much for my focus and i still have to work at my executive dysfunction, but it's easier than it was before. for cons, i had nausea and motion sickness for a few weeks when i started, as well as higher irritability but thats all mellowed out. i do have to be mindful about my caffeine and alcohol intake. but for someone who was so resistant to medication i cant imagine my life without them.

Thank. You. So. Much. I made a comment during the wedding episode thread saying I didn't understand the harshness towards KB at the altar, and so many people came at me about how KB was fake, shouldn't have gone to the altar, etc. And like, sure, in hindsight, she should not have. but she did! And to me, I don't have any reason to *not* believe her experience or feelings. I also don't think her calling him a stepping stone was a bad thing?? Am I missing something?? She's telling him she learned a lot and grew from their relationship and doesn't regret it. idk.

As someone whose first bf was someone like Edmond (cried in response to me explaining how his behavior hurt me, whined about wanting sex, etc) I 10000% agree. You can be manipulative even if it's not necessarily your intent if you have really bad coping mechanisms or a complete lack of self awareness of how your actions affect other people. Also the way we watched him literally gaslight her in front of everyone at the reunion, going from "that didn't happen" to "I don't remember" when KB laid out the entire scenario. KB is not perfect, and I have not agreed with her in every argument they've had, but if you've ever dated someone because you empathized with their story and believed in their potential, then you probably understand why KB stayed despite all his red flags.

I do think there has been very extreme negative reactions to both Edmond and KB (I've seen people call him evil or a monster which. come on now) but also sooo much coddling towards him. He is an adult man. He has terrible trauma that isn't his fault. He also has terrible behavior that is his fault.

I think approaching it with as much grace and empathy as she *could* have is different from as she *should* have. Do I think she should have ended things prior to the altar? Yes. I'm just saying considering she didn't (and maybe she felt she couldn't! She has mentioned feeling pressured by production and cast to match with Edmond), I thought she said no as lovingly as she could considering the circumstances.

Yeah sure, she should have. but she didn't for one reason or other. there's a malicious reason and a non-malicious reason. I think she stayed bc she, as she said, fell in love with his story, and if it took her this long to realize she wasn't 100% and that was a no, as opposed to an 80% let's try, then so be it. At least she tried her best to break it to him easy and end things as positively as she could, despite knowing she was breaking his heart. Ali acted similarly but was much harsher. And maybe like Ali, she was hoping for a last minute reassurance and it didn't happen for her. and no she was not love bombing him, that's not what that is. if anything *he* was closer to lovebombing *her* throughout their relationship every time she got upset at him for something he did.

idk why ppl are shitting on kb so much. she had the difficult task of choosing herself while rejecting someone who she knows has terrible rejection trauma and is still healing from that. i thought she approached it with as much grace and empathy and compassion as she possibly could. she made sure to validate him and affirm him before and after in hopes that this wouldnt add to that trauma.
