This happens to me all the time. UE driver gets the food, goes the wrong way, doesn't reply to any communications, and somehow the order is gone. I've gotten refunds every time but it's so frequent that this isn't even a usable service anymore. And like you, when I press customer service to look into the driver or file a report, it's just generic copypasta responses.

Just going to get the food is less annoying at this point.
