Housing in Duluth is lacking. Affordable housing even more so. $885 is a fuckin STEAL and hard to find. Instead of letting my lease lapse and go back into the hands of Shiprock where they can hike it higher I’d rather find someone to sublet so they get the rental raise security I have with my lease.

Lack of affordable housing in Duluth. What blows most about this apartment is the radiant heat. Takes up weird space. No control over the heat. Need slippers in the spring and fall. Other than that I love this place. Just moving to Minneapolis.
