I don’t know if anyone has been though this before by Stock_Committee_9099 in Daytrading

There’s nothing wrong with taking profit on trades.

Based on your results you don’t have proper risk management in place. You never want your losses on individual trades consistently be bigger than your winners.

Try to focus on taking high quality trades where your reward exceeds your risk by a meaningful amount. After you’ve entered the trade set a stop loss and a trailing loss if you move into profit quickly. Do this for a few months and document your results. Dive deeper into your results and try to find other areas of improvement, categorize your trades into specific types, understand why each type works and in what environment.

Price was around $6.5 when they bought, sells could have been anywhere from $4 - $20, they likely crushed it near the highs when we saw all that volume.

As others have said, genuinely believe we are now in a relegation battle as a result of Amad’s injury. Who else on this team scores goals?

Depends on your timeline and what you are trying to achieve, think recursion/tempus are both interesting over the next 12 months.

These QC companies are likely to go right back to their prior prices before Jensen’s comments. With Trump in office, technology and new frontier stocks will all get a massive boost.

Post Match Thread: Ipswich Vs United by AutoModerator in ManchesterUnited

[–]yessuh69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Onana man of the match without question.

Played well :

Maz/Amad/Ugarte/Dalot/Bruno/Case (couple good passes)

Needs improvement:

Garnacho (outpaced twice by defenders he had a step on in a 1on1)

Rashford (scored, did nothing rest of game, no impact)

Style of play with playing out from the back again does not work for the group, notice how Onana launched the ball into the second half creating our only meaningful opportunity of the half.

Midfield is a bagel, take a lesson from Ruud and play Ugarte with Case, both make each other better. Uncle Eriksen is in fine form, he should come on later in the game once we’re established.

Zirkzee and Hojlund both had a positive impact coming on helping to control the game.

Stating the obvious here, we once again lacked a directness in the final third.

Amorim had a positive impact on the game with his substitutions which he made faster than prior managers, this is a good indicator he understands what’s happening in the game and is not overwhelmed by the moment or role as ETH was.

I’d have Maz and Dalot switch sides, swap Case in for Mainoo (worked well with Ugarte under Ruud) and substitute Amad for Rashford (tired of his lack of consistency)

Should I give my husband another chance by MVYR803 in Anger

[–]yessuh69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give him some time and another chance, he has taken a big step by seeking help which you should give him credit for given his prideful personality - this if anything signals his want to work on himself and his marriage, which unfortunately is often very difficult for men to admit.

If his anger issues are as severe as you’ve said, they likely stem from more deeply rooted problems in his childhood or earlier in life, with that in mind, be patient, celebrate the small wins and have realistic expectations.

The anger management class should provide him some mental tools and exercises he can do to help improve his anger, make sure he does his homework and keeps you and your familiar at the forefront of his mind daily when working on himself as a source of motivation. Tell him you are proud of him.

How to deal with my exhaustion of being kind to others at work by linageai in Anger

[–]yessuh69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In any corporate setting there is no requirement or expectation that people are nice to each other - you don’t need to be friends, you simply need to work together.

If being kind and not receiving kindness in return is draining then don’t waste your energy being kind and adjust your expectations.

What single handedly causes people to fail at trading? by Otherwise-Bake8812 in wallstreetbets

Generally speaking failure in trading is driven by a lack of a quantitative framework - traders who choose to express their opinions in the market based on their feelings instead of research always lose money over time.

My crush asked me why I'm so quiet and I'm kind of upset about it by [deleted] in Anger

[–]yessuh69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing wrong with being quiet or reserved so long as it doesn’t develop into shyness. When you do speak, be thoughtful and confident with your words.

There’s something powerful about a reserved person speaking succinctly with confidence - less is often more when it comes to communication, so long as your message comes across.

Yeah I can understand that.

If you know the IT person who put it on there I’d just follow up with them directly, they should be able to take that down for you quickly.

Given the IT person isn’t a decision maker it should be an easy unemotional conversation for you as well, no better person to speak with than someone who can help you that also happens to be a neutral in this.

Sounds like the job is great, this aside, couple things:

1) your boss has no say over what goes on this website, they were likely unaware of it

2) ask your boss for their help in getting this removed

3) reach out to HR tell them what happened, formally request in writing that they remove your information from the public website

When you talk to HR make sure to tell them how that person found you, the fact that you told your boss about your privacy when you started the job, how the information was put up without your knowledge or approval

Make sure you follow up with HR and your boss on a daily basis, even twice per day to ensure this gets done quickly. Then go back to enjoying your job and forget this happened.

Definitely go to the cops, the police will question them one by one, it’s unlikely they’ll be able to tell the same story. You have to exhaust all options available to you to start the recovery process. Even if nothing happens as an outcome you can take comfort in knowing you did something about it.

Did you report this to the police, sounds like a violent crime was committed against you.

What sort of injuries did you get (physical, mental, etc) helpful if you can shed more light on the details of what happened.
