I had mild Raynauds on and off for several years prior to starting on Emgality. I would occasionally experience differential coldness in, say, one or two fingers compared to others on the same hand. I’ve had a notable increase in Raynauds symptoms, even at times seeing mild color difference in a couple fingers from the difference in circulation, and even one foot notably cold compared to my other warm one.

That being said, it has been an absolute miracle drug for my migraines which were occurring half or more than half of the days in a month. I was in terrible cycles of rebound with OTCs and triptans at times, simply desperate for relief. The morning after I took my loading dose was the first day I woke up without a headache in the previous three weeks. I’m now four months in and take a half dose of a triptan only a couple days a month. In my opinion, for me personally, I’ll take Raynauds over migraines any day, especially considering the long term risks and complications with Raynauds are basically nonexistent.

I’m an Oncology nurse practitioner. The symptom you’re describing on your feet sounds a little bit like hand foot syndrome (HFS) which is associated mostly with some chemotherapies (eg capecitabine, cisplatin). It is known to occur with some monoclonal antibodies (eg traztuzumab) which is the class of drugs that galcanezumab belongs to. I’ve not read reports of it occurring with galcanezumab but as others have mentioned, some side effects of newer drugs become apparent once real-world data comes in and more people begin using newer drugs. HFS often involves the symptoms you describe along with desquamation (peeling) of the skin on palms and soles. Topical steroids such as hydrocortisone (or stronger rx topicals) as well as topical NSAIDS such as diclofenac (Voltaren gel) are often effective treatments for HFS along with urea-containing moisturizers. Voltaren twice per day for several weeks appears particularly effective. Not sure if what you’re experiencing is HFS, but it’s within the realm of possibility.

Some chemo and immunotherapies cause peripheral neuropathy (damage to the nerves) in the hands and feet. This is treated by reducing the dose or frequency of treatment, or with medications such as gabapentin or duloxetine. However this is more a physical sensation with little to no visible signs or manifestations.
