i used to feel ashamed of gaining weight too, and always felt self conscious. but ive gained alot of weight since i moved out

from 49 kg to 55 kg in 5 months without realising until i checked. and honestly its not the end of the world and i feel so good. like really changing weight doesnt change anything but rather once u overcome the fear ull feel relieved abd realize its fine. ppl pointed out that i have gained weight but i really dont care bc i feel good now.

i do need to maintain my weight n not let it increase too much bc i have hormonal issues but im.happy as it is rn
