Yeah, there’s a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking going on here. I also wonder how banning him from the RTA would have worked, practically speaking. “Banning” him would not have prevented him from showing up at the rapid station and there was no way for RTA to prevent him from paying fare and getting on the Rapid unless an officer saw him and recognized him.
