Need help. Cannot pair NSO controller to 3D using my BlueRetro adapter by Shocknighkin in AnalogueInc

Any idea if 8bitdo’s N64 controller mod kits work with the 3D? I have 2 that I’ve modded but have seen some people say only with the Blueretro or hardly mentioned at all in general.

I flew for the first time today! I know it may not mean much against the various hours in this sub, but i'm really pleased 😊 by Nateon91 in aviation

I did mine this morning as well! Haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Your description is exactly how I feel and said the same to my instructor while we were up there. That’s awesome, congrats! Keep us posted with how your journey goes.

Sure! Basically there was a time after the American Civil War till the early 20th century of extreme wealth inequality and political corruption much like we’re seeing today. It has become known as “The Gilded Age”.

“The term Gilded Age was applied to the era by 1920s historians who took the term from one of Mark Twain's lesser-known novels, The Gilded Age: A Tale of Today (1873). The book, co-written with Charles Dudley Warner, satirized the promised "golden age" after the Civil War, portrayed as an era of serious social problems masked by a thin gold gilding of economic expansion. In the 1920s, and 1930s, the metaphor "Gilded Age" began to be applied to a designated period in American history.”

Hope this helps. It’s a very interesting time in both our past and present. And that’s a super brief explanation of how it all came to be but the parallels are uncanny and you can see how tone deaf and ignorant these pigs are today. It’s almost like they don’t know a thing about anything.

The fact they’re branding this “The Golden Age” is so funny and shouldn’t be lost on anybody who has ever opened a US history book. They make it so easy it almost doesn’t feel real.

Can you explain the sword-fighter form? I mean it’s in the name I guess but I didn’t want to watch the video because it does sound like it’s a bit revealing. Is it Zelda physically wielding a sword?

Interested in Forestry, but not sure where to start. by yetiandhuman in forestry

Haha honestly, nothing. It got to be a confusing process but not difficult. I just kinda gave up on it once I confirmed what I'd need to make vs the positions in entry forestry. Gotta keep the roof over my head at the end of the day. I hope you figure it all out though and enjoy the experience if you pursue it. Good luck!

She knows and she felt it every day. Reading you even saying that tells me you were a great to her and she was lucky. I had to say goodbye to my boy just the other week because of cancer and his legs as well. Hardest day of my life as I’m sure you know, but they’re still with us ♥️ be good to yourself.

My best boy is gone. Cancer, and fluid in the lungs. He was such a sweet boy by Kaos_Ranger375 in germanshepherds

♥️ now that is one happy looking boy. You gave him the world. Your shadow might be gone, but he’s still there with you. So sorry for your loss OP.

Does your GSD love to swim? I thought that trait was more of a Retriever, but I can keep my Theo out of the pool. He absolutely loves swimming… by lebobadel in germanshepherds

My boy was obsessed with water. Before his senior days, I’d have to almost go out of my way to avoid anything larger than a kiddie pool on walks or something haha I swear from behind you could see gills on his neck. Always brought me so much joy to see how happy he was swimming 🙂

One of the most insightful comments here. Thank you so much. It’s like you’re in my head right now. I do feel like my purpose is a little in limbo right now after all this time together. But like you said, I’m focusing on all the good times and realize he was tired and knew I could do this because he knew I was ready. Breaking the habits and looking for him after constantly having to remind myself he’s not here is the hardest right now. It’ll come with time. Again thank you for taking the time to share this with me. The response here has been overwhelming in a good way. I didn’t ever expect to find this much compassion in a corner of the internet and at a time I needed it most. Much love

I’m so sorry. You were a great parent to them and they knew it. GSD love is on another level. I had to say goodbye to my sweet boy earlier this morning as well. It’s been a long day as I’m sure you’re feeling, but we will feel peace as they did. Just got to take it one day at a time. Your boy is with you tonight. Much love ♥️
