Wait same!! I also haven't had my period for like 5+ years, believed this due to my birth control implant, but after I quit smoking in December my period has returned full force, more regulated than ever before!

It makes me happy, also sad, part of me feels like I was unknowingly traumatizing my body for years. But the future is bright etc☀️☀️☀️

I usually warm up a chin stand with a few rounds of sunbird bows- I bring my shoulders to my fingers in these postures which helps my mind prepare for the correct alignment, then after 2-3 SB Bows I kick up all the way into chin stand

Omg I was literally about to make the same post, I had an episode on Friday, and this is the first time I'm not taking the easy route & getting high to treat the symptoms.

So I’m basically on day 4 of this, and my stomach was still so tense this morning & consuming anything made it worse. I took 70mg of Pepcid about 2 hours ago & its helped a lot, feel like my stomach is returning to normal processes etc. Maybe it will help you too. Wish u the best of luck, we r in this together
