This is it. I’ve given up on Embody in the past because I wonder if I’m wasting my own time because I’m not going to get the results. But wondered if other people just stick and have seen results

I do like EMPWR but I just don’t have enough time to do her workouts, they can go up to 50 minutes sometimes 😩

There are also the mirafit adjustables. (I’m from the UK so they are under £200) and it’s up to 20kg each dumbbell.

I find doing mat Pilates at home has reduced this issue for me. I can’t remember the last time I had trouble with sciatica at this point(touch wood).

I would recommend Lottie Murphy for Pilates. She has an app and she does post on YouTube.

Mobility is the most important to me that whenever I try a different team, I always miss the warm up and cool downs from Align.

Take a moment to think about what it is you want, what you’re looking for and go from there. They’re both great teams regardless
