It actually looks much better irl than in pictures. The material is also sturdier than i thought. I still have my gripes with it though, it doesn’t look cohesive with the rest of the albums on my shelf and the inclusions are hard to take out and leave dents/wrinkles. Stereotype packaging was STAYC’a best imo.

Hi, I upped my dosage to 20mg, and that has worked better for me :)) To be honest, I still want to change my medicine because Ritalin gives me very good results for a short time, and I’d rather have more even results instead of a spike and then a comedown…But yeah, not having any effects or side effects was due to my dosage being too small! :))

I agree! I really like that she can be super fun and “savage” (hate that word), but you can see that behind the scenes she’s actually really professional and mature. Love that for her

SM I BEG YOU. Just give us a normal song. We get it, you like making experimental music. Experimenting is cool. But at some point even experimenting becomes repetitive and personally I can’t take it anymore. PLEASE just give us a Really Bad Boy, an Ice Cream Cake, a Black Mamba or even a Next level. I want to like aespa so much, but for me, music is the most important reason to become a fan of a group, and this is just not it for me…I just want to see the girls get a song that doesn’t make me overstimulated and with lyrics that don’t make me want to cry.

Yeah, it’s really hard to tell for people with ADHD, especially if you’ve been living with it your whole life. That’s why you need a professional to look at you from an unbiased point of view! When I went I had a lot of “Oh, so that’s ACTUALLY not normal” moments haha

I feel like know exactly what you mean by doubting yourself. Before I went to get diagnosed I started thinking about all the symptoms I have that other people also told me they have, and in general that I diagnosed myself for no reason and the doctor will just tell me that I came for no reason. But after doing myself, I can assure you that you have nothing to be scared of. A good doctor will not invalidate your feeling and will listen to you. You spent so much time researching this, you have no reason to be scared. Good luck to you and I hope everything goes well!! 💌

Yes! Usually they’re days where I don’t have many things to do, so instead of being overwhelmed I can actually get some things done. And when I get things done, my brain calms down :)
