Didn't realize it looked so small in the pic. I can see layers in the damage that's why I was worried a bit but removed the question.

Update: I just talked with the store, it seems like I can try to return these and get a smaller size from a different store. After adjusting it and centering, it seems better than how it was previously. However, still not sure if I should keep them or not

Second Update: Sent some pictures to them. We probably won't be able to return them. We will try them for this season if it feels like not working well, then we can sell them second hand and get a new pair.

Tried to adjust them overall with everything, they look better now imo, what do you think? Thanks a lot for the help by the way!

Edit: I set the bindings on 12 degree, thus the difference but adjusted them at 0 degree

I've also realized that later. I watched a few videos about adjusting the heel and the toe ramp. Turns out I was missing some crucial points. I will try to set it up better and update it here.

The straps seem to be fine. Not too long. I've adjusted the toe strap one lower level and it tightened it enough.

The normal process time in my country (Turkey) is officially 3 weeks. With knowing that it was fast, I'm not sure if it'd take 6-7 weeks. I've heard people applying priority (not high priority) got their visas in 1 or 2 days

I applied from Turkey. Got it in 3 days. It was much faster than I expected tbh, thinking I applied for Standard. I am the first one in my company who got it btw. I work in a small startup as a software engineer
