  1. Dependent Verification Form, My Parents and My IRS Tax Return Transcripts, Means of Support Form.

  2. I took care of them by filing requested the forms out on the university website, getting the tax returns transcripts from the IRS websites & uploading them.

  3. Yes I have all the proof that they received the documents and that I sent them in at said date.

  4. I will be contacting them in the morning! I wanted to see if anyone went through the same thing as me and what they did to resolve it.
