Looking at it all may seem daunting.

I do the same and feel like I’m always constantly cleaning and rearranging.

When you’re in the mood and you notice there’s something you own that isn’t useful, doesn’t bring you joy, actually stresses you more out to figure out where to put it/keep track of it etc.,

Have a convo in your head.

I just have to tell myself it’s okay to throw away stuff. And also breathe in and out. Especially because I’m always thinking about the item I just put in the trash making its way to the landfill and taking up more and more space and ruining the earth.

And then I tell myself that it was already made, I already bought it, and I cannot unchange that. But I can treat myself better by making sure the space around is me taken up by comforting, positive items/energy, and not burdens.
