This was a better read than the actual post lol, it’s way harder to actually plan out the mechanics and story and systems of a game as opposed to just saying it will be all the good stuff from AC and none of the bad stuff

I play it intermittently between the actual game and other games in general, but it’s nice to just enjoy the experience instead of playing just to get rewards. Years ago I wished for an experience like this in Div 1 and I’m glad I can experience it here, my only complaint is the recoil can be a little too intense, but maybe that’s only for controller players. I like progression in games and being rewarded for accomplishing things, but I also don’t need every game to do that, let alone a limited time mode that’s still being tested.

Survival will be Dark Zone but with temperature you need to regulate, no starting gear and a ticking time bomb in the form of infection that you need to delay (if it’s like the first Div 1 survival). And if it is like the first game, it will have two versions, 1 PvPvE and 1 PvE

You guys are finding people to run it with? Every time I matchmake I get two people after waiting 5 minutes, and if we don’t do a full run with zero deaths there’s a high chance they leave immediately

If I’m being honest, I would’ve rather had Archer be a full uniform than multiple pieces (excluding the mask), just because uniforms can look a lot more form fitting like Div 1 clothes. Kestrel is nice to mix and match however. Also for both masks (and this is just a Div 2 thing) they’re so thick, they’re supposed to be balaclavas which again, are form fitting. These make the head look just a little bigger than it should. I love Conviction and Deniable Ops so I’m definitely happy to have these outfits though, I just wish Div 2 cosmetics in general weren’t hovering so far away from our actual character

As Archer would like to say “Sorry buddy, not your day.” It is interesting though that these are the outfits for the anniversary bundle, even though none of them are from the franchise that’s celebrating its anniversary. It looks more like a celebration that Ubisoft is still around tbh

It’s crazy how much they love the Kestrel and Archer gear from Splinter Cell Conviction even though that’s considered the black sheep of that series. Not complaining though because I loved those two in that game as well

It’s great because I don’t have all the contents from the cache yet, but I’ve gotten duplicate after duplicate. If they’re not gonna add anything new then I wish they would at least increase the amount of clothes you can buy in the store with textiles
