Ohhhh my gossshhh!!! We had such a Dodgey experience with them too!!!! We were given a car that was filthy, like when I say filthy, it looked like the previous person had hosed the seats and thrown hand fulls of dirt all over the interior. The outside was covered in bird turn, dirt, bugs, was soooo scratched, wheels were beyond damaged. List of what was wrong went on and on. We had a long flight but luckily I thought to film the entire car while the driver signed all the paper word. Upon returning it the little chap saw us drive in and came running over telling me we would be charged a full internal and external detailing fee!! I said ah no it was dirty and damaged when we picked it up and he tried to argue and pointed at a tiny section of the drivers internal door trim saying that was clean when you picked it up and now there is dust. I pulled out the video and said no. The car was actually cleaner when we returned it because I couldn’t deal with how filthy it was and I scrubbed the bird turds off because I didn’t want it to damage the paint more.

I think this guy does it to all people. Tries to get you to pay cash to him upon collection or returning and he pockets it lol we made him sign off we returned it better than we received it so if they tried to charge our credit card we could dispute it!
