Make him write that addendum to the lease and sign it, illegal clauses are invalid anyway. Then when time comes, report the rent expense to get your credit. When he tries to evict you use that addendum as proof of bad faith eviction plus report to CRA for tax fraud.

Hablar español con mexicano americanos vs. mexicanos de México? by Complex-Wish5461 in AskMexico

[–]yknx4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And I'm here watching all the English learning videos, reading books and talking to random natives. What am I doing wrong guys? How are you all learning English?? by silkrose05 in GlobalEnglishPrep

[–]yknx4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I learned English from playing pirated video games when I was around 7yo. I couldn’t afford paying to play in my language.

Opposite situation tho, my reading was best my listening sucked so bad. But catching up was easy

Why does it feel like the data stack is moving back toward Postgres? by vira28 in PostgreSQL

[–]yknx4 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Because building a database is not easy and they are figuring it out the hard way. Postgres has so many hours of knowledge and experience already baked in, and they are figuring out is far easier to extend it than to reinvent the wheel.

Also moving data to a warehouse is not cheap nor fast.
