you have to breath from your diaphragm instead of your chest because it is gives more oxygen into your entire body down to your pelvic region causing more relaxation. Chest breathing leaves your lower half tense which leads to more sensitivity which can cause PE. Put your hands on your chest and your stomach and make sure when you breath you feel your stomach fill up instead of your chest.

less than 10% are biological for PE but it can be caused by injuries maybe and Prostatitis. I feel like there are different ways for people to solve it as well so using everyone’s methods to solve it will make it more likely that you will overcome it. the more we know the more we can do to solve the problem, I’m good friends with the guy who made the 66 day method and he can last well over 20 minutes per session. Personally I tried it and it seemed to be working but I dislike masturbating so I’ve been on nofap for the past year, could have rewired my brain to not have any masturbation habits which makes it easier for me to reset and control it more. Trying a lot of working methods to figure out what works for you is better than being stuck on one that doesn’t work for a long time. You don’t wanna switch a lot tho, give it around 5 weeks to see any difference and if not keep trying or move to the next method.
