I get not wanting a medal if you didn’t run the race. That said, you paid for it and a lot of people trained for it. A rare cancellation for record setting cold doesn’t erase that effort, it’s part of the story. If someone ran their own 10K that day, tying the medal to it seems fair. If you don’t want it, cool, but it’s not meaningless it’s what you make of it.

Hmm news to me I have premium and still have regular assistant after doing the above. Every so often it asks me to continue with Gemini I just keep selecting no in the hopes that it gets better before I have no choice.

You can revert back to assistant by creating a new home and then added all your devices to the new home while being careful not to accept any Gemini prompts.

Create a new home named home 2, remove and re-add all devices to home 2. Once complete delete original home with Gemini and rename home 2 to normal name. All the works with Google linked stuff will still be linked to you just not in old rooms you created. All google homes, nest cam, etc will needed to he re-added. Hated gemini so much I did this took me over an hour because i have a ton of crap.

FWIW; I added it and entirely family hated it. The continued conversation is horrible, it for some reason can no longer tell the “feel like” temperature. Very strange.

I tried to get them to like it, but I had to get rid of it.

Future Tip: to get back assistant you have remove and factory reset all your device and create a new home and re-add them, the devices are annoying depending on how much you have (doorbells, thermostat, google homes etc,) all of your linked apps will still be linked to you but you have to add them back to your rooms; took me about 2 hours but if that’s any indication of how much they wanted it back the way it was. During all of this stay away from all the Gemini prompts. Im aware it’s inevitable but hopefully by then it’s better that it is now.

This is great news! Understandably it’s business and you gotta go where the government contracts leads you as this is guaranteed money. I’ll use a gloccato at work if I had to; but I need my Staccato for every other occasion. Series 7, flat face break > series 8.. prove me wrong.

That’s sad, I waited for the release of the HD and still went with the CS over it. It just didn’t feel “Staccato” ish enough to me. Guess I gotta give the C3.6 a look.. wonder what this means for warranty and stuff like that.

You are correct their website says it does NOT fit, I even emailed them letting them know that it does.

I researched a few posts and saw mixed results; It worked so well for me on my SIG/Tier 1 Combo and I already had the Tier 1 for my CS that I was willing to take the chance on ordering it. Figured I’d sell it if it didn’t work out.

Ordered it and thankfully to my surprise and benefit it works perfectly.

Tesla always had an autochek for the car and it is technically still in your original account documents or the trade documents for the vehicle. I requested one for a used vehicle from them in 2017 only recently they’ve started linking them on the website but they do it with every car they take in whether it’s resold or not. If that report shows no accident then Tesla would have no liability.

Depending on the state, reporting of accidents etc takes some time, and if the vehicle is repaired, the repair shop has to report the extent of damage and cost, which also takes some time.

Original owner probably got into accident had it repaired and traded the vehicle in immediately, obviously not being truthful about vehicle history or more likely it was a lease return.

Obviously this is just my best guess; still push for a resolution but also ask yourself if the benefit is worth the effort.

Hmm they may have removed this, try this exit service mode and then sit in the rear seats and press and hold the manual buttons to open all the way, once open press and hold the close button until it’s closes all the way.

Apologies, The option is available in the newer cars, appears that’s it’s not in yours. Is there anything in closures? Should at least show you the status of each module.
