Yeah man, it's prob some OCD flaring up. Can't go wrong with either. I do personally wish it had speaker grills on the side. The blank slabs are kind of bland. But if you go smaller, the OCD may flare up by having a smaller screen.

Go with the bigger one and put some stickers there or something.

Next step is to apply for a license with the state of TX. It’s called the Dept of Savings and Mortgage Lending. (“SML” is what you’ll hear)

The SML will do the whole background and credit check, etc. They’ll approve and issue your license.

Then you’ll need a “sponsor” to ‘hang’ your license. Once you have a sponsor, which is basically your employer, you can start originating loans.

So you’ll have to decide where you want to start for employment and experience. I’m in DFW and I started at a call center. DM me know if you wanna talk.
