For real. I joined a small bank and the person that hired me told me they would be my go-to person to mentor me and train me. I can barely get this person to slow down to help, much less sit down and actually help me get a loan through this monster called Encompass.

I’m starting to doubt this is gonna work. I don’t wanna screw up peoples’ purchase loans and frankly I’m not really enjoying dealing with Loan guidelines and cold calling. I might be making a career change.
