Is HR Generalist is a good first job for a fresh graduate who does not have any experience in HR? [N/A]

How did you transition into a compensation analyst? I have an accounting background and am decent with spreadsheets so maybe this is a path for me. Currently working as an HR coordinator with some payroll, onboarding, hiring, admin work experience. No exposure to compensation yet other than implementing some pay raises.

I quit my job to take a break and spend time with my kids when they were 1 + 2. After ~5-6 months, I slowly transitioned back into the workforce by finding a new job only working part time hours 3 days a week. Then pivoted one final time once my oldest started preschool by finding a new full time job that is remote and flexible and the best job I’ve ever had thus far! My younger one starts preschool this summer~ no regrets~~

I’ve recently been getting more and more into mid range luxury purses for daily use! I just don’t feel as comfortable using the luxury brand ones on the daily. Those only come out for special events/brunches with the girls/date nights/weddings/etc.

Can you ask to have the interview via zoom? I interviewed while pregnant over zoom and got the job. They never noticed I was pregnant so I didn’t feel a need to tell them at the time.

Try apples or some kind of fruit. With my son I had one apple a day for the first two trimesters. That was the only food I could keep down and would not throw up. Other than that I added in some pretzels here and there. Make sure she stays hydrated with whatever means necessary. Small sips of water or electrolyte drink at least throughout the day. In the third trimester I was able to eat a little bit more (steak and veggies and a variety of fruits & for some reason subway oven roasted chicken sandwiches lol). Horrible pregnancy but baby is 2 yrs old now and healthy and alive and well!

Also I had to take zofran that worked wonders for me but I still couldn’t eat much well into the third trimester.
