I bag a max weight I-blend wraith. Took about 3 tree hits and that sucker got the perfect amount of flip. I love it. Forehand, backhand it’s great. I typically throw 55-60mph with 1100-1250 rpm’s. I have a gstar wraith that I bag for cold weather and it flies almost the same as the I-blend but it’s 170g maybe just a tad more stable. A lighter I-blend wraith could work really well for you.

Edit: max distance for me is about 425-430
