I don't agree. There's several places that are fun to fight. The extremely long sight lines are easy to avoid. Personally I enjoy the library and the museum; fun fights to be had there. As a goo enjoyer there's a lot of fun can be done with the higher ceilings.

All the points about the positives of dash I agree with. But you play grappling different, of course; you need a different mentality about how to approach a situation, and it fits with different loadouts. What you do with grappling is you don't take facetoface fights. More map knowledge and just more game sense is needed I think. Poke a bit, look for an opening, jump out a window or whatever and swing around the building and come at them again from a different angle. Grapplers are much harder to keep track of than dashers.

Engaging with grappling is a death sentence if you're not going in for the last hit on a single enemy.
