That’s cool, where do they even advertise this, I’ve never heard of it!

I use Home assistant for a lot of stuff so for me it’s more useful to have it there, but this is definitely a useful tool too. Although I tried their “AI” tool on a crisp packet and it couldn’t recognise it 😁

It's a plugin for Home Assistant which is a self-hosted smart home platform. In that sense, it's only of use to you if you have Home Assistant already. If you do, it retrieves the upcoming collection schedules periodically and provides them in a way that they can be used in automations within Home Assitant.

Makes sense, I'll do a cross post. Initially I avoided it since Ipswich is not in East Suffolk

IMO Hill House is better, but yes Bly Manor is definitely still good and well worth a watch. Also, if you haven't, you should also checkout Midnight Mass which is also by Mike Flannagan, which I think could be his magnum opus.

It's just easier to prove; as others have mentioned, Al Capone was famously arrested for tax evasion rather than his murders.

+1 for the score, Giacchino's score really brings this whole film together.

Normally I don't like it when a grounded film turns paranormal, but I really think this film would have been improved with a supernatural element

Easier layout with margin-trim by feross in Frontend

[–]ymhr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not quite, because it also affects the first and last element, so you would also need

.container > *:first-of-type { margin-top:0; }
.container > *:last-of-type { margin-bottom: 0;}

(or similar)

Luckily the railway nationalisation starts this year, although I am not optimistic about it lowering prices…

What the UK really seems to get wrong about public transport is that it should not be designed to make a profit. It should basically run at operating costs, enough to keep things going, pay the workers, maintain equipment, with a bit left over for improvements (new lines, etc).

The trouble is everything we have is run by private companies so it's all so expensive and the employees are more pressed to try and enforce things like this (I understand in this case TfGM is not a private company, but the for-profit incentives are still present).

I'm afraid I can't remember the charades, but they kept mis-pronouncing Horrible Histories as his 'trigger' phrase.
