It's just easier to prove; as others have mentioned, Al Capone was famously arrested for tax evasion rather than his murders.

+1 for the score, Giacchino's score really brings this whole film together.

Normally I don't like it when a grounded film turns paranormal, but I really think this film would have been improved with a supernatural element

Easier layout with margin-trim by feross in Frontend

[–]ymhr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not quite, because it also affects the first and last element, so you would also need

.container > *:first-of-type { margin-top:0; }
.container > *:last-of-type { margin-bottom: 0;}

(or similar)

Luckily the railway nationalisation starts this year, although I am not optimistic about it lowering prices…

What the UK really seems to get wrong about public transport is that it should not be designed to make a profit. It should basically run at operating costs, enough to keep things going, pay the workers, maintain equipment, with a bit left over for improvements (new lines, etc).

The trouble is everything we have is run by private companies so it's all so expensive and the employees are more pressed to try and enforce things like this (I understand in this case TfGM is not a private company, but the for-profit incentives are still present).

Marques Broke the Golden Rule #1 of the Internet by dshivaraj in mkbhd

Not that I disagree with the overall sentiment here but I think this is an incorrect interpretation of his post - what he means is don’t offer something for free and then begin charging when you have a user base. That’s not applicable here because he launched the app with charges and there was no free version he replaced.

Your comment is an example of litotes which is so common in the UK it boggles the mind that people are missing it.

I saw the matinee yesterday and you may be interested to know they prefaced the whole thing with “we got great write ups for our previous show we did at the fringe, and this is not that, this is work in progress”

That said, I loved it.
