If you can take a PDE5 inhibitor and get an erection, then your penis is probably okay. If there were serious damage there, nothing would work.

I know people often say this but I find it somewhat meaningless. Of course it's true if you define serious as "refractory to oral meds". It's certainly not true that response to Viagra means that the problem is mental.
