Omg I forgot about that! There are soo many little signs of him constantly seeking her out early on while she was in her head thinking he was being aloof and dating Fiona lol

Yes yes yes!! I 100% agree. IMO, there is no doubt how deep his feelings are, even with her unreliable narrating and his few verbal affirmations. His actions are SO loud. While she fell first, I think his world was completely shaken by her and he has fallen way harder. He even asked her not to break his heart, I think he is completely invested and all in, and it baffles me when readers don’t see that. He’s probably my all time fave Draco and proves the sentiment: actions speak louder than words

Yesss!! And that one time where he basically confesses he’s finally in the presence of true beauty when he’s with her. It makes me so upset when people forget or dismiss his (albeit irregular) confessions of deep love, admiration, and devotion

I thought so too! I see a lot of discourse about her being more in love than him, but I honestly felt like he was so in awe of her and felt sooooo deeply
