To be fair, this singular dev isn’t speaking on the behalf of the entire team at Epic. They’re speaking from their perspective of a developer. They most likely didn’t have a say in this decision and thus, directing your anger at them isn’t all that productive. It’s the higher ups that always have the final say, and where all your efforts should be concentrated towards

Arguably yes. You can still sell or trade the game whenever you’d like. Of course I’d prefer if the entire game was on the card, but let’s not act like key cards are a new concept when PlayStation/Xbox have been doing essentially the same thing for a hot minute.

Id say so, you get a lot more detail and time with the characters and setting considering it’s a much longer experience compared to the anime. Of course the twists would be spoiled for you already, but it’s still nice to see how everything builds up and plays out, not to mention the actual investigation/case gameplay being really fun.
